Thanks for all the comments guys, much appreciated. Last day of the holiday today, and I realised that the Internet will be waiting for me when I get back. Funny thing was, once I accepted I was to go without Internet Access, I really (really) enjoyed being away from it, I recommend you try it some day !!

@Sean, I would not want to be a bachelor in France, there is not much to choose from here ;-) Germany on the other hand.....

Hi Clint
Enjoy it mate. You deserve it! Say hello to that beautiful young bride of yours, too! Oops... did I blow your secret identity as an eligible batchelor?
Enjoy the Alps, you two.
Cheers - Sean

Maybe a blessing in disguise. I used to drag my laptop around the world when I traveled and made sure connections where available. After working 16 hour days for about 5 years straight I realized there is a time and place to get away from technology a bit. Especially out in nature ie. French Alps. That's a beautiful place.

Reading through your post made me realise that I spend a lot of time online too... oh, hang on, I already knew that, lol.

Enjoy the French Alps while you can and get ready to party when you get back!

Enjoy your time in France mate! The internet will be around waiting for you when you get back, but in the mean time, the nice countryside and beautiful Alps should keep you busy! =) Have fun with the rest of your holiday!
